Ramada by Wyndham D MA Bangkok

The hotel needs renovation urgently. Although they are trying to maintain, the property is showing its age.Breakfast should be better for the price. Floors need to be cleaned properly or replaced as it looks like there is lot of dirt if you walk barefoot.

Quite a large hotel reasonably conveniently placed within a 5 minute walk to the airport link. Quite busy but safe area, more Indian orientated than Western. Easy check in and out.

Deposit on key but thats not unusual,

Do not book it. Its the worst hotel I have ever been to.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel has a lot of cockroaches & ants. When I called the reception to find a solution they took a lot of time to come & asked to pay for changing the room The staff are very rude when I was speaking to them they were closing the line.The smell is extremely bad. I have vedios of the ants but unfortunately I am not able to upload it here.

Staff was very rude and the rooms are vintage ,no proper beds no proper facility aged back to mammoth era.

Old room. Cockroach inside. Safe was locked upon entering the room. No one answered “0” call to reception. Toilet did not have douche spray water.

Ohh the toilet was clogged.U had requested twin bed but they gave double bed.Asked for some services tooo late.

Very simple and basic hotel. Breakfast is good. The rooms are not cleaned. And the towels are not changed. The shower and the floor are dirty. The toilet was cleaned for us only after we requested it on the third day

Location was superb, near to busy shopping malls like Siam Center, Siam Paragon. Pratunam Market is almost walking distance, if you like to have Indian Food, there are 4-5 Indian food joints on the opposite pavement. Staffs were very cooperative. Wifi was quite strong, View from the upper floors was awesome showing Bangkok Skyline, even from bathtub you get a skyline view

Looks like once it used to be a 5 star hotel and now it's become a little bit downgraded from all aspects, The overall maintenance as per 5 star standards, should have been done better. Breakfast room was too loud, breakfast spread was not as per standards.

Location

The room was full of young cockroaches especially in the bathroom. I'm afraid they might have come along with us in our suitcases. WiFi didn't reach our room. Gym only opened from 10am, no aircon and only a few equipment but enough to get some workout.

Rooms were nice. Close by lot of Indian restaurants. Staff was a little rude at times.

Staff needs to be polite.

Everything. Nice hospitality. Excellent staff. Very good Morning spread of Breakfast. Value for money fine comfortable stay you can expect with excellent view. Keep it up.

The property is beautiful and the swim in the pool was fantastic! All staff, from reception to wait staff in the restaurant were gracious and helpful. We loved every aspect of the stay but did find the beds to be a bit firmer than what we're used to.

The beds were hard so it took a while to fall asleep.

Affordable price

Hotel is tailored too much to specific religion. Rooms are not as per quality standard of Ramada. Insects on be sheets. Old and dirty curtains. Washrooms are not draining properly.

WE WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOTELHERE WERE COCKROACHES IN ROOMS, THEN WE SHIFTED ANOTHER ROOM WITH COCKROACHES AND THEN WE SHIFTED TO THIRD ROOM WITH SAME PROBLEM. Only the Location.

The whole attitude of Ramada is that 'They are doing a FAVOUR on PATRONS" and we are just someone who are LUCKY to come to this Hotel. They act like Masters and its very sad that the Hotel is not upto the mark. Sad state of affairs. A simple thing like Common Restroom on Ground Floor does not have One Tap and its does not suit this Property. In the room, the Toilet Flush was functioning Erratically and Toilet Door's latch was not functioning properly. Majority of Staff has no sense of Customer Service and they act arrogantly.
